Polar Express ID
You will need to get a Polar Express ID to be permitted access to many of the services and resources available at UAF and TVC. For instance, to purchase items from the UA Technology Center you will be required to have Polar Express ID.
UA Technology Center
The UA Technology Center is a UA system-wide program providing educational discount sales of computer systems and products to all campuses, schools, departments, students, staff, and faculty of the University of Alaska.
UAF Office of Information Technology (OIT)
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is a division of the Rasmuson Library and is responsible for campus-wide computing at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. The Division of Computing & Communications (DC&C) provides a number of computing services which include, e-mail services, a free help desk, on-line help and documentation, and a faculty
web server.
